- This number is typically found on the SIM card or on the receipt.
- If the SIM is already inserted, follow on-screen instructions to locate it.
Step 7: Verify the SIM Card
- Click Check SIM Card, located beside the SIM ID field.
Step 8: Follow On-Screen Instructions
- The next steps depend on your phone and SIM card type.
- Power off your phone before removing the old SIM card:
- iPhone: Tray on the side.
- Android: Slot on the back or side.
